- Booking and payment information when you purchase a conference ticket — processed securely by our website platform (Kajabi) and payment processor. We do not store full card details ourselves.
- Communication data such as emails you send us, and records of email newsletters or updates we send you.

- Video conferencing details (such as your email address) if you register to attend an event online, shared with our video platform (Zoom) solely to send you your access link.
3. Why we process your data
- To fulfil a contract — processing event bookings, tickets, and payments.
- With your consent — sending marketing emails or newsletters, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries, running our events, and maintaining our members' association.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to keep certain records (e.g. financial/tax records).
4. Who we share your data with
We use trusted third-party service providers to run our website, take payments, and deliver events, including:
- Kajabi — our website, email, and booking platform
- Stripe / Kajabi Payments — payment processing
- Zoom — online conference delivery
- Google Calendar — optional calendar links you choose to use
These providers may process data outside Ireland/the EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected — typically for the duration of our relationship with you plus a period required for accounting, legal, or safeguarding purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
